NEXM. Warner Chilcott has until January 13, 2009 to make a decision re Vitaros,(male ED cream) it's possible that NexMed may amend this U.S. licensing agreement with Warner Chilcott again for additional time.

In NexMed's recent Nov 11 conference call, the company had said they were planning on submitting a briefing package to the CAC by the end of 2008, at which point the FDA has stated that they could hold the CAC meeting within 60 to 90 days.



I bet we get news very soon.
