Kevin, until recently I believed you were going to do something but not anymore. Now I believe you were naive and continue to be. If you would do something, it would be preventing that reverse split disaster from the very beginning. Many of us had millions of shares evaporated and you continue to rant the same song. You will not get anything. Everything was done in a an absolutely legal way and there's nothing you could do. You've shamed them already - which is the most you could do - and that got us nowhere. Those people know no shame. These are the pennies, you take the risk and you don't cry if you lose.

Save your efforts and money and save us the false hope and move on to the next investment. By the way, I've sold already and got a couple of dollars, lucky me!!!

Kevin, thank you for your e-mails!

This criminals, Ron, Jones and others must be punished for fraud.

All Pink Sheets or OTC traded companies is nothing better than Ron`s scams!!!!
IN MY OPINION, ALL SCAMS FROM "A" TO "Z", all without exception! Its piramidal or pump and dump schemes!!!

We should observe the (NBVG)company and its Criminals.
PLEASE, bring these criminals to justice, send these criminals to Jail!!!!!
--------------------
Microcap fraud encompasses several types of investor fraud:

1. Pump and dump schemes, involving use of false or misleading statements to hype stocks, which are "dumped" on the public at inflated prices. Such schemes involve telemarketing and Internet fraud.

2. Chop stocks, which are stocks purchased for pennies and sold for dollars, providing both brokers and stock promoters massive profits. Brokers are often paid "under the table" undisclosed payoffs to sell such stocks.

3. Other unscrupulous brokerage practices, including "bait and switch," unauthorized trading, and "no net sales" policies in which customers are prohibited or discouraged from selling stock!!!!!
