This Madoff scandal is par for what has happened to America, it lets people know that there are two sets of rules for most Americans. If you bankrupt your company and embezzle the money, or if you run an elborate Ponzi scheme, or if you are a bank and use some slight of hand accounting and require a bailout from the public you get rewarded and enriched.
If you are someone who cannot quite pay your bills, or work real hard and just don't make enough money you will be considered uncreditworthy, you will lose your home, pay a much higher interest rate and considered a debt beat.
Another long day again, my screens are showing no buying interest at all, stocks just keep drifting lower. I am not seeing any of my sectors having any support.
Lastly I bet there are alot Company Officers and others who are thinking how they can put together a giant Ponzi scheme so that they can live well and enjoy spending other people's money. This is why America is having problems, we have lost our sense of fairness, and the thinking that the little guy can compete in the marketplace.
