Any body got an clue?

The recent operating report had 12.9 billion shares listed in the common stock. Are these shares that are authorized but not sold? Is that the reason there's such a big difference between the shares and the acknowledged Float of 1.7 billion?

Do they have shares that they could sell or trade for debt?

Well, I think there must be some inaccuracies in that report as the institutions cannot own 100% unless I sold and forgot about it.....
