Veritas, one of the Ellicottville suits is coming up before the court later this month. Do you know whether or not it is the $10 million suit or the civil rights suit? My wife is a manager for a major supermarket chain and we have moved 4 times in the last year. We were in NY for a short time and I had a chance to drive over to Ellicottville and take a look-see. The LLEG facility there is more impressive on the ground than the aerial photo on the IHUB page.
