I don't feel that is likely. I believe such an acquisition would be assimilative in order to improve the vertical/horizontal technology-integration capabilities of the parent rather than to start a new operation as a stand-alone. The natural interest would be the developed technology and most-likely the patents, not the management / leadership / market position. That's not to say that Dean Weber would not be paid well to direct the integration of the technology; but, he would not remain any form of profit-center manager IMHO.
