After clicking on this docket info, going down the form to "creditors meeting 341".
There is a mention of a creditors' meeting on January 23, 2009.
Can we find out much about any possible outcome until that meeting is held? Or is this an unimportant moot point?
I know nothing about BKs...
Just asking...
