OK, Lets try it this way....There has been no update to the a/s or o/s since sept 28th, 2008. A chart is not going to prove that there is no dilution, it is just an interpretation of the chart. We will only know when we are given the latest info from the TA.
Calling someone a BS'er because they believe there is dilution happening sounds like a personal attack. It's just their opinion. They have no proof until the TA releases the current a/s and o/s.
It is my opinion that there is no plant being built. There is no proof. Where is it being built? Can we see the pictures of it? How much is it going to cost the company? Where will they get the financing? Will they have to dilute to come up with the money? What are they going to produce? Where is it on the chart?
The point is very simple. Some people believe that remarks about dilution is a lie (bs) to dump the share price and some people think that remarks about building a plant is a lie (bs) to pump up the share price. JMO
