STVI is very thin. If you trace through the ownership in past filings you will realize how few any non-executive individual owns. Going from memory there are two individuals that have 400K shares and one of them is the CEO's brother who at one time was (is?) an employee of the company. Beyond that there are probably less than 10 people that own more than 100K shares.
