Duh, you are going to make sure a company in town follows the rules, that is to be expected, wether you support the project or not. Riddle me this, would Councilour Donovan have demanded LLEG comply with environmental regulations, be dammed, if he supported the project? this the answer would probably be yes, then is this really a threat or just acceptance? It says a lot about Berlin and where there is money to be made perhaps we don't need to enforce the rules. Like who cares if PSNH & LLEG destroys the regions forests feeding the machine, there is money to be made first...
