ATPG is off topic for this board. However, as for trading, I have no target because I can't predict where oil is going to be 6 months from now. However, I feel comfortable oil will do well in Jan. I will just happy to take to ride and sell or put a tight stop order when I feel the music is about to stop. The only oil stock I am willing to hold for the long term is POE.v/POEFF.pk.
