I don't think oil will have straight drops after the rebalancing. It takes a while to digest the gains. I believe momentum will likely carry the oil stocks a little longer, probably till the end of Jan, until it hits a stone wall.
So you have to be quick on oil. Gold, however, may have bargains in the next week. I was surprised to see the reaction of SMC to the de-listing, it shows how many daytraders are there. You can still trade on the pink, like POEFF, no big deal. The company wants to save money on the S-O.
