It's just the way I drew it to show the lowest support level for where that formation started. If you go back and look at the structure itself, you will see what I am getting at... Just draw a lower resistance line across the 200DMA on the first one (actually it is there in plain view) and it will look proper. You can do the same on the current smaller one as well.
