This weekly chart should add perspective. Price has broken down below the large Descending Triangle; downside target from this triangle is 40-41 area, where there is also long-term supp/res. Price is now bumping its head on the upper t/l of the current falling price channel. Volume has continued to fall since the beginning of this declining channel. Price could break out up here, but IMO the odds favor a continued price decline.
