I am as heavily invested in this stock as ANYBODY on this board, I don't post because it is pointless to argue with some on this board. Ask any of the other posters or moderators how heavily invested I am.

And again I say, this stock was NEVER diluted. Diluted is an INCREASE in OS, the OS of this stock is LOWER than when they went public. And while the finalizing of the SC deal is on hold the OS represents the stock that was issued for that deal. Did the company sell some stock, yes. That is why companies go public, to raise money. Did it hurt the share price, yes, but it far from the only reason we are this low. And will the funds generated from the sale of that stock benefit us in the long run, ABSOLUTELY! In case any of you hadn't noticed we are in the worst economy in our lifetimes and it is based in the fact that most people have lost faith in our markets and our govt. It is not a good time to be a public company, pink or otherwise. This is a solid growing company with an honest and hard working CEO. Be patient, our day will come.

Cheer for the home team for a while, don't bash what you own, we have a good thing here.

If you find the filing that gives the issued and outstanding as of Dec 31 2007, one can easily see the OS has diminished by about 40-50 M shares or so according to present OS numbers by the transfer agent = 459,423,442. That's fairly clear. So where have those shares gone? Were they bought back, were they cancelled?
