And, the greedy ceo MAY funnel money to him and/or his limo driver as part of an "unwritten" side agreement ...imo ... Who would trust ANYTHING that happens here after what he did to destroy the share price at SWYV ? ... (And THAT was a "reporting" stock !!!) ... He's got about 600 MILLION here to dump...to start!!!... AND a whole Class of preferreds to do something shady with !!!
