i think i remember something about a dispute with the dtc about the actual number of shares outstanding or authorized. the criminal element that IS in the market is most liely the problem with the entire exchange. madoff is only a drop in the big bucket of criminal activity that rapes the entire market each and every day.

drill a hole in the ground, try to get enough oil to sell. does that sound risky? and they are a public company on the pink sheets to boot.

is this high risk or what?

I think they're deliberately skirting the issue. I firmly believe they are issuing more shares and using a third party to raise the funds, thus they technically can say that hemi management knows nothing of it, whereas in reality they know darn good and well where the shares are coming from. How else would the os continue to rise if hemi management weren't issuing them for sale? We've been down this road before. Get KA to give an update on the current os, and compare that with kels' tally that he's been faithfully keeping to report to the sec. If the os has remained constant, I'll never post here again.
