CCMP not getting traction in copper slurries
ThinkEquity: "Revenue growth in the last few quarters have been achieved without much help from copper. We do not expect much growth in copper slurries for the next 1 - 2 quarters. This is not because of compeitive loss but because orders for copper processing tools (such as CMP or interconnect measurement), which are leading indicators of wafer starts, have yet to take off. We note that both Applied (which dominates CMP segment) and Rudolph (dominant supplier for copper metrology) have not seen much growth in this segment so far relative to their 180nm business."
