There are Panamanian rules governing Foundation’s. Not all are favorable to any beneficiary. One in particular is; Any and all deposits into PPI Foundation is irreversible unless stated otherwise in the Foundation Charter. Now a Question. Has anyone viewed the Foundation Charter prior to conveying assets? Or even seen the charter… Period
