Take a good look at just how very similar Bernie Madoff’s scheme is compared to what Panamersa had to offer. The secrecy of where the money is coming and going, the promise of great returns. But in this case no one has seen a dime.
There is no doubt in my mind that Terrell and Pedro put this scam together to intentionally defraud innocent, unsuspecting investors. I have proof of lies put out as PR’s by Terrell from the very beginning.
The SEC is as lame and corrupt as Madoff, look how long it took them to catch him and I’m sure it was probably a tip off.
THERE IS NO DOUBT THAT MT HAS COMMITED SECURITIES FRAUD. It is only a matter of time before he is sitting in jail for 10-20 years. He has lied about everything. Every PR was a lie the fins he was putting out was a lie. He was making everything up on his end. I am not conviced however that PNMS is a scam. I think that Pedro is the man with the money and can make things happen. MT was lieing to Pedro all along as well. Pedro has much to prove here and he must do it fast.
