ndx getting close to a COTH signal. if 1508 is taken out, then it should hit and should work.

I am more than willing to lose my streak in favor of an A day, so I hope you are right and we break out with a bang. But it's looking kind of toppy right now. Do we have a COTH yet? ggg!

Back to the subject of P/C, Look at todays numbers. I find that it may need to be about .45 to be in the extreme low side. We hit .49 a couple of days ago. Also the P/C numbers are much better for very short term than the longer term forcasting.
