WHOOOOOA! I am not selling SRSR. I was making a statement on WSRA about some tax selling and someone else suggested that you need to sell 3 days beforehand to get the order to settle...

It has been confirmed that you only need to sell by Dec 31st.

I have been buying this week...over 1M now!

Not selling yet...Are we at a DIME yet? LOL.

Wash Sale Rules

Buying a stock within 30 days before or 30 days after selling for a loss will postpone recognition of the loss for tax purposes.

So "buy before you sell" only works if the buy is more than 30 days before the sell.
