There is no questioning Plant's guilt or innocence. My three concerns going forward are, however, as follows:
- will the Feds do enough research to insure that Plant didn't hide assets until he gets out
- will the sentence fit the crime
- is BA culpable in any way for this? It's the old 'what did they know and when did they know it'. They showed me that they are a bunch of arrogant SOBs who care only about whoever is lining their pockets. It will be curious to see if they come out of this unscathed. Clearly their reputation is damaged. Let's see if they also have civil or criminal penalties too.
