LOL...Shulman & Associates, LLC was organized in Nevada as a domestic company just this month, December 2008. Manny Shulman lists an address in Las Vegas. What legal entity has Manny used to conduct business since his Florida company was dissolved in 2001?

Shulman & Associates, LLC was organized in Nevada in December 2008 as a domestic company. The three managers of the company all share the same Las Vegas address:

Manny Shulman, Vegas address
Gratis Enterprises, Inc: registration permanently revoked by the Nevada Secretary of State in 2004, same Vegas address
Aiden Demographics, same Vegas address, no record of registration within the state of Nevada

Questions: How can entities that don't legally exist serve as the organizing managers of an LLC? Is Shulman & Associates domestic or foreign with respect to operations in the state of Nevada?
