Doubt upon the ability of a company to remain a going concern does not necessarily mean that the company is, or likely is to become, insolvent. The solvency of a company is determined by its ability to meet liabilities as they fall due. The purpose of the apendix is merely in bringing together going concern and liquidity risk disclosures.

marcg, Some questions are asked in a genuine attempt to seek knowledge, while other questions are asked in an attempt to manipulate. Given your history, of asking oversimplified questions with a subtle negative texture, I suspect the latter is true. In any case, you should avoid this stock, it is obviously to risky for you.
