Can someone please comment on this paragraph taken from the latest 10Q.


The Company has not realized revenues on its wind power projects, has a working capital deficiency of $1,269,693, and has an accumulated deficit at September 30, 2008 of $18,599,905 The Company's ability to continue as a going concern is dependent upon the Company's ability to obtain additional financing and/or achieving a profitable level of operations. These factors raise substantial doubt regarding the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern. The consolidated financial statements do not include any adjustments that might result from the outcome of this uncertainty
