The SEC will do no such thing. The $13000+ daily fee will be paid to those that partook in the private placement. DPDW will be required to pay the full the amount. The only concession that could possibly be made would be for some participants to elect to take their share of the fee in common stock. That would only further serve to dilute us common holders. I would much rather management pay the fine and begin the next chapter.
