Chinese New Year starts on 1-26-09. It seems to me that something positive should happen by then. Why I don't know, it is just the tone of the last PR seemed to suggest that several projects were on the "cusp" and should close by then. If nothing by then, I think capitulation is for me. Funny how such a solid stock can be so disappointing.
