Decatur? I thought you were in P'tree City. I'm really more interested in the data feed. If you don't have a good data feed the platform doesn't much matter. It sounds like it's good enough. Certainly better than Ameriturd. My main account and most of my trading will stay at IB. But after looking at CT and Cybertrader I'm seeing some possibilities of throwing some trading their way if I switch.

Services? Like when you're sitting in your big comfy trading chair they bring you lunch? <g> It looks like Schwab is really shaking things up, so you might want to look at their new offerings and pricing and switch. The CT software is suppose to be mid way between Cybertrader X2 and Cybertrader Pro whatever that means. I'll try and play with the simulators later.

Have you ever heard of FolioFN, http://www.foliofn.com/wsjsp/lp/lp.fsp. It might be something to look into for SEPs. $20 gives you 200 trades a month. The gottcha is you only have the choice of two trading windows, 11am and 2pm but for a SEP that's probably good enough. You can also do direct trades for $14.95. It's not something I would use, I'm a daytrader, but it does look interesting.

The Window Trading Advantage

FOLIO Investing's unique window trading system makes buying and selling securities easy and economical, Our window trading system, offers advantages over traditional brokerage and mutual fund trading:

- Buy and sell up to 50 securities in one transaction.
- Have the opportunity to receive better execution than going straight to the market.
- No minimum investment level.
- Trade in dollar amounts and own fractional shares.
- Window trades are executed twice a day on a normal trading day -- an advantage over mutual fund's once a day trading.
- Modify or cancel your order up until the time the window is about to close, giving you the time and opportunity to make changes if you wish.
