Just need a calendar - and the dates - and the knowledge.

I think that they either just before - or just after the settlement date.

FLE closed at .14 - they painted it to .12 - and then today FLE was 1 of 2 companies listed to cover - so that is why they closed it at .12 - all day today they covered!
