I don't know what's up with that, but it happens a lot here in Portland, OR. And it pisses me off too! However, what pisses me off even more is when I start into the intersection and then the clown that waited for me to go first starts into the intersection, ERR!!!!

There is no shortage of stupid people, that's for sure.
