The top will be determined by the caliber of the news. We are looking at another series of developments over the next 3 to 4 months. We will certainly see the previous year's high of 1.80 tested, and with the right data reports from the CDC and NIH/NIAID we could breach that top and test $3.50 again. Confirmation of a pharma deal in the next 3 to 4 months along with the terms of the deal could send the price well beyond $3.50 and into new highs above $5.
Consider this, a $40 million upfront payment would yield 30 cents a share in revenue with benchmark payments following about every 6 months. What would that do to the share price? And, then consider that the license and payment would be for only one application of nanoviricide technology. So, the target range for me in the coming year is $1.80 to $25. I like the last number but the real range will probably be somewhere in between, perhaps the average of the two numbers.
