In short order KidSational Inc. will have a name change and a business model change. Its basic outline will be that of a holding company. Our initial target is to regain the confidence of shareholders who have seen lower than satisfactorily share price over the years. This will consist of acquiring profitable companies, share buybacks and reduction of the number of outstanding shares to increase value.
