I am already in and waiting for that high, it is barely a buck away, risky if you are not in. I think CAH is a better candidate. In edit and you can get it here a dime cheaper than I did. In edit, oops, taken a loss on TASR here at $40.80 for $.20, it was not supposed to get under $40.85 or so, for now.
