The 10-year cumulative return has indeed been superlative (+4,044%), but Barer has been CEO for only the past 2.5 years, during which time the stock is up less than 20%.
I realize this is nitpicking insofar as Barer was COO for many, many years before being named CEO, but rules are rules :- )
