Leole, my friend; it just doesn't really matter at this point. Whether there are 450M O/S, or 36M O/S of this right now, it isn't even worth selling. I seriously doubt that these people are diluting at this price. This best thing we can hope for is that somewhere along the line, they decide to pump this share price up with some press releases, intending to dilute. There is not any benefit to the company to flood the market with shares at 1/20th of a penny.
This thing is dead unless the company changes its policy and supports the stock price. Since it would benefit them to do so I guess there is a possibility of that, although I am not banking on it or anything other then losing ever penny I put in here.
I am going to hold this until it is obvious there is no annual report going to be released. Last year that report was released on Feb 4th. Unless of course there is a significant run up and I will sell. Not counting on that though.
