Ok, you're right, the other guy was wrong. I just checked at http://www.fscs.com/Statutes.htm and there is no mention of the A/S R/Sing with the O/S. In fact, the term "reverse split" is not mentioned at all. The only occurrence of the word "split" is with regard to escrowed stock.
