#3488 RE: Twister #3487

Twister. Most PRs with a company that is developing a technology, and at the same time developing relationships, with many different types of players in the industry will not be telling you everything you desire.

If you desire that I suggest hooking up with a company who is already established in their industry.

NV is not established in their industry.

You say we should be suspicious and exhibit caution due to not knowing future royalty numbers?

I believe EXACTLY the opposite.

NV is currently negotiating with multible players in the industry as per mentioned at meetings and shareholder letters.

I certainly don't want the competition knowing our costs.

That is NOT good business!

So when you say NV is being evasive is that because they don't care about us the shareholder?

Or is that because in the end that type of business behavior is sometimes necessary for maxium shareholder value?

Here is one more thought. NV has two ways of doing business with their technology as I understand it.

One way is to have someone else build the chips and strictly license the tech.

Another way would be to partner with a chip company and jointly build the chip which of course increases profits.

Now that being said I think it's important to point out both of these possibilities might apply to different applications and will probably depend on who we are dealing with which route NV takes.

I hope the above can give you some insight on why PR's are not always black and white on what they can reveal and what makes sense to reveal from a business/shareholder perspective.
