Don't waste your time with him. Go directly to the SEC. Write a letter. They read them and eventually they prosecute. Today the CEO for SLJB was arrested and charged due to mine and other's letters. Leave all your emotions out of it, just give them the facts, who was pumping you with false information etc., let them sort it out.
