Slaz It was always deal or no deal gamble. People act like this is first time a deal like this ever did not happen as planned. It happens all the time some get closed and some don't. The credit issues in our country now clearly could have made buyer not be able to do all cash as planned. If anyone bought this and did not get risk deal could fall out your fault. Sorry but if they where no longer willing to pay all cash deal probably had to be called off by BIHC. I hope they file to show value of Baron as well. If I end up never recovering here its because business deal gamble did not go our way. That does not make it a scam. Sorry folks scams dump shares and use a lot of pr's. Never seen one that didn't. That's how scams make money. Just do not see that here. I see sale of Baron that did not get closed and that is why sell off. We all knew when we bought it was risk to happen. Won't be first or last time I see sale of a company not close. That is normal in business. Sorry I lost my bet but I they did nothing wrong if buyer changed deal to not all cash.
