Interestingly enough, the directors have not been named.
So who is appointing these new officers???

Obviously someone is the majority shareholder and naming people to management.
Most likely still the C Crew.

As a potential investor in your company there are a number of issues that are keeping me, on the sidelines. I've read your NRs etc. So far everything is very ambiguous. The previous management were nothing but a bunch of crooks, an extremely large problem for you to overcome. Therefore it is of the utmost importance for you to clarify your position in a timely fashion. So far the information given has been unclear, lacking in specfics, which only leads to mistrust. If you are indeed on the level it is therefore imperative to clear the air, and silence the critics. In these present market coditions there is no patience for another scam propagated by some 2 bit slight of hand artists intending to take advantage of gulable victims. I for 1 will hold off buying in until I have the re-assurance that your intentions are above board.
