Rkrw - Halo have stated that their current clinical trials are with HumulinR and Humalog - hence my questions. To my knowledge all ANDA's are approved under a 505(b)(2) application - again hence my question. I'm sorry that Rod considers this FUD. A fairly fundamental question I would have thought. Why initially trial products where Eli Lilly has the exclusive marketing rights on both and where one is still patented?
