Rkrw - I refer to my post 729, which Rod did not answer. Is it possible to have a generic version of say HumulinR? The 505(b)(2) route relates to ANDA's and I'm not sure that that would work for Halo's version of HumulinR - unless they do a deal with Eli Lilly, who are the only people allowed to market HumulinR despite the patent having expired. I would appreciate a little help on this from someone who understands the marketing restrictions on insulin. Thanks.
