Hi songbirdia. It is my understanding that the investment club would come to 141 already organized as a registered LLC.

Again, this is a way for 141 to offer individuals an opportunity to trade smaller individual amounts of money with out having to invest a minimun of $25,000 or $50,000 each for example.
