with the Big Surprize. This is interesting maybe a meterial witness. She either new or she did not know. However; one way is she was used to gain invester interest and contiuous buying and did not know. Or she knew and Peter convinced her it was a necessary ploy. Does any body see it any other way. It is Christmas the countrys economy is in shambles and the SEC said they will be aggressive on issues arising during this time when people are losing thier retirement funds as well as investment capital. Remember Peter said that some people told him he should try a reverse split and he said he would not because it would hurt the small investors. IMHO
