The economics of the program depend on whether there are other approved generics and on whether Sanofi launches its own ‘authorized’ generic.

If Sandoz/MNTA obtain the only approved generic and Sanofi does not launch an AG, the Lovenox programs operates as a JV where MNTA gets about 45% of the net profit. There is no milestone payment for FDA approval that I’m aware of.
