I'll bet the CEO can answer all 3 better than any of us can. :)

But I'll give it a try...

1. CEO did buy last year at higher prices. Dunno why not this year.

2. There's no evidence of any options being cashed in, especially since all of the options in the filings are at prices substantially higher than the current price.

3. As of the last conference call, the line of credit still had well over $1 million available on it as it was a secured line of credit based on their accounts receivable. There's always a danger of any line of credit being pulled I guess, but I'm not an expert on that.

Answers from Nancy via e-mail:

1. I purchased 50k through one of our trusts, but for some reason they didn’t think the Form 4 was allowable. I am purchasing more this week
2. No. the employee stock option pool is listed as the 5m in the Q and K’s.
3. we are restructuring the gottbetter debt which is public knowledge. We have a great relationship with our current ABL lender who is happy with our accounts and the time frame in which they are being paid.

#3: Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.




On December 1, 2008, the Company entered into an agreement with Gottbetter Capital Master Ltd. (“Gottbetter”), holder of the Company’s outstanding subordinated secured convertible notes in the current principal amount of $2.3 million (the “Notes”), pursuant to which Gottbetter agreed to defer to January 5, 2009, approximately $581,000 of principal payable on the Notes from August through December 2008. In consideration of its entry into the agreement, the Company issued to Gottbetter a warrant to purchase up to 115,000 shares of Company common stock at current market price, or $0.11 per share.
