I think we all owe a great deal of thanks to Mr. Berry, getting the company this far as CEO.
A quote from the new chairman of the board.
"I believe that CryoPort has an exciting opportunity to launch a game changing and environmentally friendly product in the global frozen shipment business," stated Mr. Stambaugh. "I look forward to working with the board and management on the challenges of growing the company and creating shareholder value."
Key two words, "shareholder value." You need leaders would have experience/connections with the financial community, that can walk into JP Morgan and get the masses excited.
Mr. Berry has no history with the financial community. He's a great engineer, who had a great vision, and has taken Cryoport as far as he can, IMO.
We need money men now. Guys who can create "SHAREHOLDER VALUE."
The first to admit this, would be Mr. Berry from people I've spoken with.
IMO, look for more names in the coming months elected to the board.
As for the stock price, very impressive indeed. Over 250,000 shares have hit the offer over several days. Unfortunately, we have very strong over head resistance, once absorbed, that should prove very beneficial to all shareholders.
