Lets us say is a Shell right??700 million O/S times .0002=140k$ dirt Cheap.On a shell that is a reporting Shell.Premiums now on reporting shells going for 500k$ to 1$ million.So even as a Shell it should be trading at a range between .0007 and .0014.
So conclusion:Stock is F Dirt cheap.
