I'm sure Paradigm would rather spend their resources on getting product on the street, rather than on a lawsuit against a company like ACG, that probably doesn't have to resources to pay up in the event that they lost.

I looked into this a little Wizard and disagree. It was sent to PJ registered. And he has not picked it up. There is a process to follow and this is all a part of it. In a few weeks or so, there may be a change in method of delivery for pj imo.
